With everything going on in the world today, it certainly is.

You must learn how to be courageous in the face of a world that may discriminate against you based on things you can’t change, and fight for the opportunity to be recognized for the content of your character.

Still. In 2016.

I’m not one to spend too much time complaining about a problem once it’s been identified. I’m solution oriented, so I quickly move into “trying to figure out what can be done” mode – and if nothing can be done, I start thinking about how I can remove myself from the situation.

I’d like to propose that you take on a similar orientation today, especially when it comes to creating the life that you deserve….

Don’t spend too much time lamenting. Channel your frustration into something useful like building courage.

There’r always going to be challenges, and some of them will be very scary. They will require all of the courage that you can muster to overcome, but you can overcome them, especially when your courage is strong.

This month’s Motivating Mindset is all about Courage and how you can invite more of it into your world while creating the life that you deserve.

We’ll explore the 6 Primary Types of Courage and how you can get stronger in each area in a way that’s simple, easy, enlightening, and uplifting.

I’ve used this technique to overcome fears in all areas of my life and to gain the confidence to put myself into situations that could be seen as intimidating for a smaller brown human female….
