I’M HERE TO HELP YOU BRING MORE PEACE, HARMONY, & JOY INTO YOUR
relationships
and environments through self-growth, communication, relational, and conflict resolution skills.
When relationships feel frustrating, confusing, or exhausting, they can add unnecessary stress to your daily life. However, with the right support, you can learn how to collaborate healthily and build mutually fulfilling connections with those who matter most.
I understand this not only from a theoretical and clinical standpoint, but also from personal
experience
Being born into a public family came with many advantages, but also unique challenges and pressures. I learned early on the value of loving, peaceful, and stable environments—and how profoundly life changes with and without them.
As a woman of color in America, I’ve faced obstacles in pursuit of my dreams and goals that often felt insurmountable. If it weren’t for my faith, an incredible support system of friends, family, mentors, and my own therapeutic journey, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I want to be a difference-maker in your life, just as many have been for me.
In our work together,
we will assess your situation and goals, and create a customized, solution-focused plan to improve the interpersonal and relational aspects of your life.
This could involve addressing…
personal challenges, enhancing collaboration in your business or corporation, or working with unique populations you serve, such as trauma survivors or providing psychosocial support to refugees.
I offer therapy, mediation, corporate training (train-the-trainer), psychoeducation, curriculum development, course-creation, workshops, and mental health and social skills programs to help you achieve your relationship goals. My recommendations are evidence-based, grounded in cutting-edge research, and drawn from my extensive experience as a therapist, professor, mediator, and conflict resolution expert.
a Healing Conversation that will affirm, guide, and nurture you as you move toward your relationship goals —whether in your personal life or professional setting.
