Happy June Good Hearts!

2016 is halfway done, can you believe it?! I’ve really been enjoying being a part of your journey this year. I hope that my words bring a burst of inspiration, motivation, and fun into your world and encourage you to move forward with building the life that you deserve.

I’m a small, brown, spirit loving, cheese-eating, human female mammal. If I can do this, you certainly can, too!

Let’s jump right into this month’s Motivating Mindset, shall we? It’s a good one.

It’s often over-looked, but highly effective when you practice it consistently. It can be a little tricky to get into at first, but super easy to maintain once you get the hang. It can do everything from bringing harmony to relationships to healing past traumas.

It’s the one and only…..Mindfulness.

How to develop a healthy Mindfulness practice.

The biggest gift that Mindfulness can give you is PRESENCE, which is the ability to be fully alive and aware in the moment.

And from that place of mental peace and presence, you can develop the strength to be in each moment as it comes, knowing that you’ll have the ability to deal with whatever comes your way. When that happens, a whole new world will begin to blossom:

You won’t have time to regret the past or worry about the future because you’re fully involved in what’s happening right here, right now.

You listen when people speak instead of thinking about what you’re going to say next.

You have control over your behavior and emotions so you don’t “go off” when you’re upset and damage important relationships.

In other words, Mindfulness helps you to master the most important person in your life – YOU.

This month’s Motivating Mindset video is all about inspiring you to develop a consistent Mindfulness practice that you can use to cope with the stresses of life in a healthy way.
